So I just started installing prothane motor mounts in my camaro and i finally got one side in but couldnt fit my torque wrench in there to get it to 37 lbs/tq...
So instead i put red loctite on the bolts and hand tightend them, And im talking about the motor mount clamshells to the block not the big 18mm bolt that slides through the mount...
I searched and everyone who installs them has never mentioned that they cant get a torque down on them..
any help?, will not torqueing them cause them to shake loose?

While I've personally never seen anything bad happen as a result, I still don't recommend using red loctite on anything bolted directly to an aluminum block. The blue loctite would have been sufficient, which is what I use.
I also don't TQ those bolts either. I use good ole german torque specs.
