Default Difference between Lids?

Is there a difference between brand name lids? I understand there isn't much difference between gains, but I'm primarily worried about best fitment. I remember when I first joined a few years ago, there was issues with some cracking and rubbing the hood.

Also, I notice there is 104mm and 98mm then some aren't even listed.

I'm assuming for stock MAF/TB I should order the non-listed lid correct?

I apologize for such a noob question, but it's been quite some time since I've been in the modding scene, and somehow 95% of the information i retained has escaped!

Thank you!

The 98mm lids will slip fit a GM 85mm maf which acutally has a 98mm OD. I just installed a FTP 98 lid and 85mm maf on my WS6. It slightly touches the hood (sometimes) and it was a real PITA to get it lined up with my tb using a smooth bellow coupler. I replaced the lid that came on my car when I bought it which was the SLP blackwing, they don't make them anymore. I can see where the FTP should flow better, but the fitment and quality of the SLP lid was much better.
