Default Low end

Right now I have a cutout on stock exhaust. I noticed a little bit of low end torque and my car being an every day driver I like to have low end grunt. My question is, on a nearly stock motor should I even worry about getting an ory and headers or will I lose a lot of low end? If I did, could a tune change that at all or would I just have to get a cam designed for low end? I also had thoughts about getting rid of the cutout and adding a Better cat back but I like the way it sounds right now.

I never go to the track, just mess around in town every once in a while. Should I just do gears to get that sotp feeling back after say, adding headers an ory and tune from frost?

I would recommend upgrading to longtubes, ory, gears, and a tune. This should give you a nice bump in performance and do nothing but add to the performance and fun factor while driving the car around. Also out of curiosity is your car and automatic or manual?
