Can someone tell me the size and thread pitch the LS1 intake manifold bolts are?

Go with a set of stock bolts. Call up SDPC and they can fix you up.

I need to get studs for a project I have going on so I need to find out the size and thread. I can check the stock ones, but thought someone on here may know and save me the trouble.
