gm made the cam smaller and added a better intake , the ls6 intake so power went up and emissions went down or stayed the same as the 98-00 so things are good . Your fine . And you already have the ls6 intake so theirs 350 bucks less in mods to buy .

(These are the headers I have on my WS6, Dynatech Supermaxx Headers) So, just curious, what are the things on the top of these headers? I figured they were for EGR. My TSP 1 7/8 headers don't have them, so was curious what I was going to need to delete.
Did the 01-02 have the AIR system? I was planning on deleting that too.

The two top fittings on those headers are for the Secondary AIR system.
The single fitting on the passenger side header is for EGR; this is plumbed to the EGR valve/solenoid which plumbs to the intake manifold (immediately after the throttle body).
2001/2002 do not have EGR (you will see that the intake manifold has no port, see pic linked to by 99Bluz28 above which shows EGR tube going to 1998/1999/2000 intake manifold).
Those headers are for 1999/2000 F-body as it has the driver side AIR fitting is on primary #1;
the 2001/2002 headers have the driver side AIR fitting on primary #3, see pic here:

Correct, TSP are reach style headers so they don't have AIR, here's a link on a thread that I did to remove the AIR https://ls1tech.com/forums/new-ls1-o...air-tubes.html
You have to delete the AIR with a tune so the SES light won't stay on.
