Yes but not much on a stock car. I would say about 15-20 hp on a bolt on car. Even more after internals.

I believe SLP makes and LS6 intake with a provision for the EGR. P/N or bottom of intake is the only two ways you can know for sure. Unlesss of course its a 01+ f body that has not been modified.
