ls1 exhaust set ups Hooker headers are coming soon! I need some cool exhaust ideas. Both my friends that have camaros have bullet mufflers I hate them it sounds like **** to me. Id like to run a x pipe only into dumps at the rearend after the headers no cats or mufflers. What's yaws opinions
i love my tsp duals and ST,i have had almost every catback there is, i will never go back to a y pipe, my setup is loud but sounds good, anything dumped at the axle is going to have alot of drone and cabin noise ,just know that ,
Just because it's loud, doesn't mean it sounds good, ...

Go clear to the rear bumper at least, so you can hear your think when you're inside.

I have slp loud mouth exhaust muffler and tips from a stock y pipe its not loud at all. I'm still running stock manifolds and cats though that's probably y. Maybe headers/xpipe/dual slp loudmouth mufflers then dumped

I'm running Jet Hot Hooker LT's with the Jet Hot ORY & GMMG CB - the sound is perfect for that 'muscle car' sound. Nice deep low sound @ idle - really wakes up when you get on it - but not a bad loud sound - sounds like many of the big block 60's cars I had back in the day. I don't use my T/A for DD - mostly show car, so the noise level does not bother me. Actually, the noise is not at all obtrusive on the hiway in cruise mode while in OD...

Previously I had the Borla setup, which wasn't too bad with factory manifolds and cats, but with the headers and !cats - the sound was for crap and very raspy
