alright so i bought this FAST 90mm throttle body off my buddy for pretty much nothing and i have a few questions. i know about the first edition ones and the sticking partly open problem which i believe this one had. when i got it the blade had a bead of silicone all the way around it so i decided to take the whole thing apart and clean everything. anyways when i got it back together i noticed that theres a decent size gap along the whole ring of the blade. is it supposed to have that much of a gap all the way around? (yes i know theres a screw in the idle hole)

There should not be that big of a gap, but since your idle hole is plugged it might just make up for that. Not sure

 

I just took mine off last week I will post a picture of it tomorrow when I get to work

 

the gap in the picture with the light behind actually makes it look larger then it actually is but its still a decent size gap all the way around.
