corsa cutout, welding, and SS #'s help

I am going to add a Qtec to my corsa, as its too mild at idle for my tastes.

What kind of stainless is it made of?

Where can i buy 8" of 3" Stainless Steel, so i can fabricate a cutout for it. (im not cutting and installing a crappy steel cutout on my I pipe)

What kind of filler rod to use with Tiging it together?

Who sells stainless 3" header flange. I want to keep everything stainless.
