Help with converters Hello everyone.
I've gone catless with my OBX-R long tubes and OR-y. Well it's now time to emission test.
The headers came with reaonators. What I am looking to do is get cats that are about same size fab them to accept the flanges on these reaonators and just plug them in where these were.
Any suggestions on brand/how to go about this?
Car is 98 LS1, FAST intake, headers, free mods, tune (by Arun).

As you can see flanges sit loosely over the cat with a flared end. Going to flare the cat and install these flanges. That's my plan anyway.

I would just buy any high flow bullet style cat, then cut the flanges of your resonators and weld them onto cats...done....I did the same thing on my off road ypipe bc it makes it sound better and no gas smell out the pipes
