Default Just got a Flowmaster 80 Series Installed...Question Inside!

Just got an 80 Series Flowmaster installed on my Camaro. Yes, I know Flowmasters tend to be restrictive, but the SLP LoudMouth setup I had on the car was getting to be too much in the way of noise inside the cabin, and the muffler was a good price: FREE!

Anyway, the shop installed the Flowmaster in the stock position at the back of the car, leaving the rest of the LM catback intact, and at the same time, hollowed out my cats. My question is, will the hollowed-out cats make up for the restriction introduced by the muffler?

BTW- I ordered a cutout last night so the restriction won't matter in a couple of weeks.

I was just wondering since I'm going to the track tomorrow.

I would def think that would make up. I just had my cutout installed ....love it. I already had a free flowing exhaust, but its fun going from fast to loud. An old Zr1 pulled up next to me and asked "what pipes do you have? , sounds mean as hell?? " I then closed the cutout and told him magnaflow with a cuotout. He looked really puzzled and said" I dont have anything like that". I opened it again as the light turned green and drove off.

here's my setup:

You won't be losing much, now if you had a 408 stroker it would be a little different.
