Default High flow cats

I am going to be installing a TV2 cam in the spring. I was wondering if I should ditch the cats. I love how the catted Y sounds but how long will they hold up after the swap is my question.

Shouldn't be a problem to keep the cats. That's what I would do at least.

Yeah I really like the modern sound of a catted setup. I just wasnt sure if they would wear down faster with a cam.

Cats will hold up fine. I run Magnaflow cats on mine right now. They don't make a noticable performance difference from "cat-less".

I ran the car for a week without the converters last summer. The exhaust smelled noticably worse and sounded like raspy-a$$. Cats mellow the sound out a lot, which hs the main reason I run them.

Just my $0.02.

I agree. Without cats my car sounds kind of weird. WOT is sweet but normal driving is blahh.
