Quick help! Manifold question
-LS6 manifolds will have a bulged out bottom, LS1 has a flat bottom;
-LS6 manifolds do not have a EGR inlet. You'll need to delete the EQG physically and in the PCM OR get a LS6 manifold modified to accept the EGR fitting;
-LS6 manifolds from Corvettes do not have the throttle cable bracket.
-LS6 manifolds from a Camaro or Firebird will have the throttle cable bracket;
-The steam piping to the rear head fittings will interfere with the underside ribs on the LS6 manifold. You'll need to shave them down.
EDIT: oh wait i see what he's saying, the ls6 came on all the 01+ ls1's, so hes saying his is off a z06 model not the base c5 model.....are'nt they the same intake though?

WRONG!
LS6 has the flat bottom and LS1 has the bulge.
