I did look into them but the IAC hole is not as big as the NW and I think that's what my problem is with the FAST. They are much cheaper but I don't want to drill the IAC hole out on the WARR. Already ordered the NW, once I sell the FAST hopefully I won't be out too much $.

Well I finally put in the NW TB and it has completely cured my idle hang problem, car has a bit better throttle response as well. Wish I tried this 4 years ago, it was annoying as hell.

Pic of anodized NW TB:

Throttle response with the NW vs FAST is night and day.

Also, the larger IAC helps a lot.

I also drilled a 3/16" hole from my bigger cam. Steadies the idle and allowed me to shut the blade down more.

Yeah after driving it again it's pretty amazing the throttle response difference. I wasn't expecting that by just a TB swap.

I datalogged the difference. The amount of throttle required was generally 10-15% more with the FAST to hit the same RPMs.

When you are dealing with a high stall torque converter, and having to hit 20% throttle to move with traffic... ugh. NW is like 5-6%.

Brnt, is that a 102? After the black ones were discontinued I tried to buy one a few months back and every vendor was out of stock.

I believe the Holley TB is the best on the market right now. It has an unreal amount of adjustability.

Exactly why I'm interested in them. Still undecided on a 92 or 102 intake, too.

There are also the Holley Sniper 92 and 102 Throttle bodies. They're in the $160 range. Does anyone know if they are any good?
