Custom ORY & Cutout ?
Custom ORY & Cutout ? Hi im in the mist of a h/c/i swap also thought that my car would benifit from an exhaust change also so I sold my hedman tq step 1 5/8 to 3/4 LT's and matching 3" ory, now i have a set of tsp 1 7/8's on the way and im wanting to do a custom 3" ory with either a magnaflow dual 3" into 3" merge into the existing 3" cutout/hooker exhaust but I feel that I might be leaving some precious ponies on the table so im seriously considering doing a dual 3" into 3.5" or 4" y merge and getting a 3.5" or 4" cutout so my question is how much am I leaving on the table with the 3" y merge/3" cutout vs 3.5/4" y merge and 3.5"/4" cutout? Thanks!!!

Go with the 3"dual inlets/4" outlet y-merger into a 4" cut-out, then into a 4" to 3" reducer.
I'm willing to bet you'll gain +10rwhp with the larger 4" outlet y-merger and cut-out.

That's what I thought but I forgot to mention that my car is also lowered 2" and my current 3" cutout sits pretty low so im also wondering about clearance issues, any lowered guys with a 4" cutout???
