Weird problem

Weird problem I have stock manifolds, cats, and catback (with a cutout in the i-pipe under the car). Now, recently, my idle has been a little lower than usual for some reason. i have no scan tool so I don't know how low exactly, but it really shakes the car...um, kind of like a lower 'frequency' shake/rattle vs. the faster vibration usually associated with the car simply running. Hard to explain I guess. So, when the idle falls this low (at a stop in Drive or Reverse) the exhaust SQUEELS. It sounds like belt sqeek only LOUD and lower in pitch. Its like it shakes a lot and either rubs somewhere external to the exhaust itself, or perhaps the connections or the Y and I are rubbing on themselves. It sounds like total ***. As soon as I bring the idle up a few hundred rpm with my foot or by throwing it in Neutral..the sound goes away.
Anyone had this problem? Worn out exhaust mounts? Anyone?
