Would this be a good start for boltons? I cant do headers since we have a warranty on the car and they wont allow headers.. Im just looking for some more get up and go for the street. And the cutout for being louder

Don't waste your money on a smooth bellow.
If you're going to buy the 3.73's, you need to get a rear end rebuild kit. They have them at ws6 store and, depending on how many miles, get the most expensive one because it has the outer axle bearings.
I understand the cutout but I couldn't stand running open headers for a 15 min drive much less all the time. Unless you're going to the track and getting under the car all the time then I don't see a reason for it. Why not get a catback?
