True Dual guys... How did you talk any shop into fabbing up your system for you? All the places I've called have given me tons of **** about how it's illegal and they could go to jail or get a $10,000 fine. I guess I don't sound sketchy enough 
The place that did my friends said they would do it as long as they didnt have to take the cats off. So we had to rip the whole stock exhaust off and drive up there open headers. Keep looking around and you will find a place that will do it sooner or later.
Yep, they cannot remove stock cats. If you take them off before you go in then they will do anything, as long as they are not the ones removing the cats, thus not making them responsible for any fine you may get, which like you said runs around $10,000
