Changing plugs tonight! Found a few probs

Changing plugs tonight! Found a few probs Changing my plugs and wires tonight I discovered some interesing things.
[Passenger Side]
- 1 plug wire had a large cigar burn on the boot, boot was cracked to hell (Accel 9000's)
- 1 plug (NGK TR55) was loose, I removed it with my hand. The above wire was on this plug.
[Drivers Side]
- 1 plug had the ground electrode bent over so bad it wasnt even vertical with the center electrode.
About 6 months ago I had my heads installed recently by a local speedshop, luckily I only have 500 miles on these heads, however the car seemed to run ok so I never suspected anything. Guess I should have checked all the plugs when they swapped everything.
Here's the million dollar question, how bad was this hurting performance ?
