LSX intake owners inside.
I am about to install my LSX and the directions have 2 different torque specs for the 10 bolts. One place it says 50 in/lbs and another it says 89 in/lbs. I know stock is 89 in/lbs but it also says not to over torque the bolts. So what has everyone torque theirs too? Also did you use the stock bolts or the ones supplied? I called FAST and they said just to follow the directions. Thanks.

You didn't read that right the 89in/lbs is for the fuel rail bolts the intake bolts are first pass 30 in/lbs second pass 50 in/lbs.

It says shown in Fig 19 and then Fig 19 says 89 in/lbs. I'm not sure if my instructions are a little different because I got 1 from the first batch or not. As long as 50 in/lbs will seal it properly I'll do that because I don't want to break it.

I see what you mean, I would only torque to 50 in/lbs.
