true duals
true duals im not geting headers now so i think im going to go jus true duals(is that just headers back and drop before the axle or headers x pipe then drop before the axle. what is the best sound with stock headers? what size piping should i do? btw its a 99 trans am
id buy the headers. my friend just put on a set of jet hots and had true dual ran, dumped at the axle, with no cats and it sounds like no other. its so mean, and has that more of a mustang type tone to it. i just bought a set of Edelbrock competition long tubes for only 384 shipped with o2 extensions and crap. nice looking and good for more than a few ponies. got quoted 175 to run the duals with an h-pipe, but i have to but the mufflers. i used dynomax bullet mufflers, like 30 bucks each. my friend is going to buy my slp loudmouth for 200 bucks, so its jkust going to cost me the headers. get some, you wont regret it.
