Cons of welding ypipe?
Cons of welding ypipe? Im considering having my ypipe welded up. Not gonna have them welded to the headers, i just want all the separate pieces welded up since the band clamps dont do a good job of sealing in my opinion. any cons to this?? just asking

No cons really just make sure you get clearance best as possible cuz it will be permanent. I'd said leave it not welded right before the axle so you can drop the catback and change it if you wanted.

I would consider some spot welds where the pipes fit together, on the cat-back.
