02 sensor question
so im going from y pipe to true duals
my headers have 2 o2 sensors
my y pipe has 2 o2 sensors
from the looks of it, the x pipe kit doesnt look like it has 02 sensor inlets
what do i do without messing up my car?
will i only throw codes? or will i **** all kinds of **** up?
i suppose i will need a tune to delete the rear 02 sensors right?
also what anti sieze should i used to get those 02s out... they look like theyre gonna be a PITA to remove

You dont need the downstream o2s get them tuned out so you have no codes. The car will run the same without them even if you dont get the codes tuned out.
Antisieze isnt for removing them. your suposed to put it on the threads BEFORE screwing them in.
Any antisieze should do really.

The secondary sensors downstream are not needed at all which is why you do not see them in most ORY or true dual setups. In order to break the sensors loose you will need some penetrating oil such as PB Blaster. Soak the area real good the night before you plan to work on it and then soak it good again 15-20 minutes before you start. That should break most seized bolts out. If not, I would try a burnzomatic torch to heat up the area and try breaking it free then.
As others have already said, antiseize is for when you are installing the new sensors to keep them from locking up like the ones you have now are. I have an 8oz bottle of it by Permatex from my local store that has a brush on the lid and will be enough to coat any bolts you have for decades.
