whistling again

whistling again I changed my idler and tensioner pullies a few months ago, along with the belt and the squeeking ceased...till i noticed it yesterday....has almost a whistling sound to it. just wondering if cause its been very wet out and i have been forced to drive alot the past couple days int he rain if that might have alot to do with it. ...the belt isn't slipping from what i've noticed so far. the ribs on the back of the belt look in tip top shape. i haven't had any other problems such as flickering lights or anything.. could it be the AIR?
i've been debating removing my AIR, but i dont want that SES light to come on again...do i have to get a full on tune at a shop or can i get them to simply delete the AIR off my pcm?
