trying to get an idea of what camshaft i want to run in my 5.3.heres the set up .5.3 stock intake,706 heads,long tubes 1 3/4 ,3.73 gear,th 350 (for now..tko 5speed later).10 inch converter.3200 stall.approx 3400 lbs weight ,mid 80s chevy shortbed pu.
cam im looking at are the tx speed 224/228 or the 228/228.112 lsa on both
what do you guys think?any suggestions? what kind of hp can i expect?
also hows the stock injectors for this?any suggestions on this?
