Did some throttle body porting last night Didn't have a lot of time and finer sanding rolls to really "pretty it up" but that doesn't really matter anyway, it's smooth the the touch and I went over it by hand with some 320 to make sure it felt smooth.
This is mine for my 5.3 truck and I just wanted to test out a carbide kit I got for my Dremel. Did quite well IMO and for the burrs being so small I think it went by fairly quick. Took around 2.5 hours including time of removal.
