Default Drivers Side Header bend angle

Hi all -

Does anyone know how many degrees the driver side header collector is angled out? I have to order a few mandrel bends from an exhaust shop for my true duals and I need to know if its kicked out 5º?, 10º?, 15º? etc.

Thanks,
-Tony

I would draw out a pattern of what you want. That would make bending the pieces easier.

WILWAXU -

Thank you for the advice, however that may be more trouble than necessary. I really only need the angle its bent out. I figured it was about 10º but I'm not sure about that and I cant check since I dont have a set of headers yet.

If youre wondering what Im trying to accomplish, its this:
Coming off of two pacesetter headers I will have two 3" carsound cats. From there, I will have a 90º and a 100º bend on each side so the tubing is coming towards eachother. Ill then weld in 3" to 2.5" collector reducers (still perpendicular to the cars centerline). From the reducers I will weld in two of the 45º bends that come with the Summit X pipe kit. Those will feed the X pipe and then I will use the other two 45º bends from the summit kit to run the true duals down alongside the drive shaft. Right before the rear axle, I plan on having dual electric cutouts. After the cutouts, Ill make up a 45º-90º-45º bump that will allow the true duals to run under the rear axle, but as close to the wheels as possible for clearance, but then to come back towards the middle. Ill run two dynomax ultraflow or similar welded mufflers (arranged parallel to the centerline) out to a custom center mount exhaust using polished stainless z28 tips.

I need to have the 3" 90º and 100º bends fabbed up at an exhaust shop, and thus my reasoning for the question. The rest of the mandrel bends (four 45º) before the cutouts will be supplied with the summit kit. The 45º-90º-45º bump bends can be made of local store bought crush bent tubing as the reduction in power is not important when using the mufflers anyway. I can open the cutouts when I need the slight power increase.

Hopefully you can imagine what Im trying to accomplish here. Unfortunately my skills are somewhat lacking when it comes to adobe illustrator so I cant just draw up a diagram of my own. Anyway, let me know what you think of the proposed setup as I would love some feedback.

Thanks,
-Tony

I've revised my plans a little bit in the area forward of the X pipe. Heres a diagram. I'm just going to assume that the header angle is 10 degrees.
