HELP!! LS1 bottom end questions

HELP!! LS1 bottom end questions i have a 1994 240sx i just swapped a 2004 gto motor into.
boom that motor has a knock now..
i have found a 99 corvette engine for pretty cheap i was wondering if i could use my top end from the gto motor and put it onto the vettes bottom end. the reason i want to do that is because the car is all wired up and ready to go with the gto motor. thank you very much a head of time for any help in answering my questions

Yes it will all swap over. Just replace the gaskets, seals, and torque to yield bolts and you'll be good to go. I would also replace the oil pump in the "new to you" motor, and I would also swap over the 04 cam in to the 99 motor unless your running a bigger aftermarket cam.
