Default Slow Cranking

Guys.. I need some advise on why my car is cranking slowly. I replaced battery, and I still have a slow crank situation. The battery is showing 12.87V.... That voltage will fall between 10-11V during cranking. Im not sure if thats an acceptable drop or not, but the cables appear good and are tight. Im thinking starter?...

This is a dead stock car currently...

just cause the cables look good, doesnt mean they are. corrosion can gather under the shielding. i would check the connection at your starter, and go from there.

Also check your grounds very good...you can have all the power in the world getting to the starter, but if it can't get back to the battery it means nothing
