Default Removing AIR

I'm removing the air pump and lines. My question is do I also remove the little pump looking thing thats on the top of the driver side valve cover and what else do i remove line etc.? there is also a plastic tube that runs on the passenger side that hooks up to the throttle body do I remove that too?

I plugged mine into one of the coil pack studs, it looks like it belongs there. G/L

10) When removing the Air system on the 00+ cars you'll be left with a vacuum hose that you'll need to plug up.

You know that and I know that but there are less mechanically inclined people here sometimes that do not.
