need help/input on broken piece on my block

Default need help/input on broken piece on my block
is this bad and is there an easy fix like JB weld, its at the bottom of a head bolt on the back side of the engine...

Ironically, that looks exactly like my block. I didn't have that head bolt hole cleaned out good enough.

I used jb weld on mine and it worked just fine.
