Those with the BG Ram Air

Those with the BG Ram Air Just got the BG RAM air and I was impressed with the finish and quality but the fit is annoyiing me. I followed the instruction exactly.
Few questions
Does the top and bottom of your driver and passenger TEFs spread apart when you tighten them down? Mine do.
Do you inner TEFs alihn perfectly to the Main Mod? Mine border all around the rear baffle lip leaving the 1/8" lip as an air obstruction.
Does the middle piece align correctly? Mine has about a 1/4" inch gap on the passenger side.
I know I may sound **** about this but I paid alot for it and I expected the fit to be perfect. Thanks.

Yeah man I had the same problem! I filled the gap between the TEFs with epoxy and used different screws. Yeah, some of the stuff doesn't alighn the greatest, but it is a good mod to do. Try using different screws for the middle piece! I did and it worked a little better. Just take time and think about some minor modification you can do to fix the system up a little bit ya know.

Yeah, I figured if I got some slightly smaller washers I would have the tolerance in the Main Mod to shift the TEFs out slightly so they wouldn't hit the lip of the MM. What screws did you use? I was tinking about the epoxy but how do you smooth it without ruining the TEFs? Thanks
