Default Need input on intakes!!!

I need input from people who have done this. I am building a 2001 LS1 camaro and here is the mod list so far(i have not ordered anything yet so if you think i should change something let me know)

Tsunami .641"/.608" (also undecided on LSA of this cam)
PRC 225cc heads
TSP 1 7/8" headers
TSP Rumbler X true duals (3")
SLP air lid
and of course the LS6 intake is stock

Now heres the dilemma. Should i spend the 1500 to buy a FAST 92/92 setup? how much power does it add?
also what injectors should i get? FAST high-impedance 36lb/hr? is that enough? too much? and will those work with the LS6 manifold if i decide to stay with that?
And id like to get the FAST high velocity fuel rails. will they work with the LS6 intake if i stay with that?

Let me know if you have done this swap and what hp gains you have recieved and if you think its worth it. Thanks.

not sure on some of your questions, but i did a FAST intake on my 98 when i put in the MS4 and it made like 420 or 430 with 1 and 7/8 headers and true duals. so i would think it is worth it. plus you can sell the LS6 and get a little cash back. i also put that tsunami cam in my buddys car and it runs great. i was really happy with the power it made. i think upper 420's with an ls6 intake through a stalled auto.

i would definitely call up TSP and they will help you get the rest figured out. they always do.

That LS6 is going to be a major choke point in that system. That cam needs a lot of air, and the heads won't line up to their potential with that. Also think FTP lid / 85mm MAF

I'd go with the 92/92 myself. 1500 is pretty steep though. The intake is around 850 shipped and a NW TB is around 300.

Matt or Aaron @ TSP should be able to give you a good package deal for the 227's, the FAST and the TB.

As for injectors, if you EVER plan on N2O, or if that heads and cam package takes you over 80% IDC, I'd step up to the 42's.

Thats what i needed to hear. thank you. Ive decided to go with a different cam though. The ESP 236/248. Longer duration and a little less intake lift, which will help save my valvetrain since this car is going to be a DD. and it makes the same hp numbers or better. someone PM'd me and said that a company sells the FAST 92/92 for like 1100 which is a much better price range. ill have to look into that and the TSP package you mentioned
