Broken intake manifold bolt

Hi guys, well I was installing an ls6 intake manifold and I broke the front-most passenger side bolt that holds down the manifold. The bolt was broken under the surface and had nothing to grab to.

I tried to extract it..but when I went to drill the hole for the extractor the drill bit slipped to the side and drilled a hole towards the side of the bolt (next to the wall of hole). I spend a few hours trying to move it, no cigar, what was left of the bolt is very very damaged now and it is progressively getting harder to get to. I'm gonna keep trying, but I'm gonna need the car soon.

I am gonna get heads in the near future so that will resolve this issue if I can't now. If I leave it with 9 bolts, will there be any issues? Help is much appreciated.
