With racing season just about to start I have about 650 - 800 to spend.
I am deffenitly going to buy:
Helmet ~ $100
Drive Shaft Saftey Loop ~ $100
Basic Tune ~ $100
What should I spend the rest on?
SFCs ~ $250
Pulley ~ $200
275 Nittos ~ $350
315 Nittos ~ $400

From the parts on your list, it depends on what you want to accomplish right now. I think SFCs should be at the top of the list, as they will help to solidify the entire platform for more performance-enhancing mods. Or you could go for the Nittos for more of an immediate effect, in which case I would definately recommend adding a line lock (seeing as how you have an M6).
