Default Gains from mac's w/ offroad y?

Hi, I just installed my mac midlengths with the off road Y pipe. I have a flowmaster catback with 3" tailpipes and 4" tips. My question is what kind of performance gains in the quarter is everyone getting when switching from stock manifolds and converters to mac's w/ no cats? I know cars vary but just wanted a general idea, it'll be a few weeks before I can make it to the track just wanted to be a little prepared. Thanks.

Best I can recall I was .25-.30 quicker in the ¼ going from stock exhaust with a cutout to MACS with the off-road pipe and the cutout.

Yeah, 3 tenths sounds about right. I bet if you dump that Flowmaster you can get another 1-2 tenths. I know it sounds good(I had it), but its not worth the power it robs. At least get a cutout. Thats what I did up until the duals.

everyone is saying flowmaster sucks. what kind of muffler should I be running for better performance? It sounds good but if i can pick up some more hp let me know. thanks

I'd say just get a cutout in the I-pipe. So you can have good sound, or great power. But the open cutout sounds killer anyways. When I got it I left it open all the time because I liked the sound more then the Flowmaster. Thats just my 2 cents though. Do what you gotta do.
