Cold air intake? Minor performance mods? I have a 2000 Z28 LS1 6 speed, I would like to do some minor performance upgrades like a cold air intake, throttle body, exhaust.... My question is what are my best options? Also the previous owner put lowering springs on but the back ones are shot, what brand would be best and what shocks should I pair with them.....

I'm not looking to make it an all out race car, i just want a sporty ride with good handling, doesn't have to be the best but I don't want a bunch of junk either. budget on suspension is like 800ish....
