I had to add cats to pass emission. Will I need a retune to run correctly?

I highly doubt it would need to be tuned again just because you added cats, I'm pretty sure it would adjust to the small change on it's own

It would probably fine with the current tune, but for optimum results, tuning it wouldnt be a bad idea.

was it tuned when you took the cats off? I think it should be fine...
