How to remove traction control
from the factory it has bump stops on it that prevents your T/B from WOT
it is pretty simple i did it to my car.
take the motor assem. off, and take the three cams off, take a knife and cut about 1/16'' to 1/8'' off of the rubber bump stop on the motor assem. it self,
then take a file and file down the alum. bump stop on the bottom cam ( i think it is the bottom cam ) that stops the cam above it ( not the stop that hits the rubber stop that you cut ) i cant remember how much to file down just have to try it a few times to get it right, it dosent take long.
after you are done reasemble it and rebolt the motor back, and adjust the cable so that the throttle cam on the throttle body will hit both the WOT, and the idle stops with out any slack in the cable.
to be real accurate use a voltmeter to read the voltage on the throttle position sensor, should read about .5 to .6 volts at idle ( ajust the idle set screw if neede ) engine should be around 750 to 800 rpms,
the volt meter should read about 4.65 volts ( any more and it could set a troulble code and light the ses light ) or the throttle blade should be at 90*.
hope that helps.
just be sure to turn it off, or get a revers asr, or taction control module

you can take it out but there is a few things to do,
you have to delete the program from the pcm,
change the throttle cable,
may be have to tweak the pcm a little
the traction control runs a few diff. modules, like:
the pcm for retarding the ignition timing, fuel delivery, and the ABS
for braking control, etc...
