Holley 90mm TB... IAC and stalling

Holley 90mm TB... IAC and stalling My H/C car in the sig has an issue stalling after startup (hot or cold). Once the car is running for about 1 min, it will not stall. Stalls usually after I start it and when trying to pull out of parking spot.
My tuner has not been able to figure it out yet. I have a Holly 90mm TB on the car and some guys in my area are state they have heard the Holley TB has a small IAC passage, and it might need to be bored out to correct this.... I did a search and came up with no information on this.....? Anybody elese heard of this?

I have the Holley 90mm t-body as well, and noticed recently that it does have higher IAC counts than the BlueMaxx 90mm I replaced. My counts are in the 110-130 range, so I may need to upen up the passage a litle or crack open the tbody a little.
