Wink Electric cutout with Kooks longtube headers?

What do you guys think?
I wanna get an electric cutout for my 01 z28 and I have lt headers into a 3" ORY into a 3" borla catback. I'm going to put the cutout right when the Y pipe merges into one pipe and goes straight back. What should I expect? Orgasmic sound?

Electric cutouts are far more of a PITA than they're worth. IMO, but mine sounds great when open, but rattles when I close it. Butterfly valve doesn't seal up to the body right, it has slack in the gearing, as do nearly all of them
