Default coolant crossover pipe leak help!

I recently installed the fast 102mm manifold and throttle body on my ls1, the problem i have is the steel coolant crossover pipe i had to cut and join with regular hose between the two heads leaks, iv put the smallest hose on i could fit and checked the hose clamps, there as tight as i can get them.

Not sure what else i can try, its a minor leak but enough to cause a problem.

Does anyone know if there are any crossover adapters i can fit with a barb fitting or am i stuck with it?

so you cut the metal line to put a hose in place and now it leaks.

Get an LS3 style cross over and fix your issue the right way.

When you cut it, you removed the flares that do the sealing. Unless you actually reflared the ends?

post a picture.

Throw away all the LS1 spaghetti and use 2005+ gear.

That looks like exactly what i need HSV-GTS-300, that's what mine looks like now but i had to cut out the center section to fit a hose to fit under the manifold. Thanks for that.

Luigiandme- the center section of the steel crossover pipe i had to cut out and fit a hose to go under the 102 manifold, the factory pipe prevented the manifold from sitting flush at the front, there is a how to on here for this that i went by originally but it used the factory ends. Easier to explain with pictures.
