is this right??? Kooks question

finally got my Kooks today, woohoo!!! then I open the box and see kooks tagged them 98-99. Well I ordered for a 2000. Im going to remove air system while im in there so isnt that the only difference between the 2 sets of headers anyway(98-99 vs 00)?

Im thinking that I can just put them on and block the air tubes. can anyone verify this??? I wanna install tomorrow.

Yes, if you're going to remove the AIR tubes and EGR anyway then you don't need the 2000 versions.

I have an 02 Formula with 98-99 LTs , the only difference is where the air tubes mount.I do not know who sells the block off plates, I got mine from a buddy who had a bunch of sets made a couple years ago.

Rock on. Thats exactly what I thought, I have a set of block off plates from ls1speed.com. I cant wait to rip off that annoying air pump. THanks guys!
