Idle issues, need help!
Idle issues, need help! Hey guys i just had my ebay 92mm cable throttle body break on me. (the only ebay part i have on the car, figures) I replaced it with a Nick Williams 92mm throttle body and installed it on my car.
when i start the car it idles at around 1000 rpms then it jumps to 1500 rpms. No matter how i adjust the idle screw it stays at 1500 rpms and as it warms it drops to around 1300-1400 ish. I have the cable placed in the same exact position as my last throttle body and i followed the idle reset instructions. Does anyone have any tips?

I disconnected the cable and it does not change the idle at all. I removed to aic and cleaned it real well (was a little bit dirty but not too bad). My car stalled while attempting to start and wont start again so i will have to see if it worked later (another issue im trying to figure out). Ill have to double check for vacuum leaks
