Most people around here will recommend NGK TR-55's for an NA car or TR-6's for a FI car.

Are the TR55's platinum, and how much do they cost? What makes them a good plug?

Just buy plain NGK TR6's, Gap them to about .055 since your car doesn't have any power adders that you've mentioned and motor on down the street. If someone says that TR6's produce less power cause they're a lil bit colder plug than the 55's tell them that the HP it's costing you could be regained by throwing your soda out of the window to save the weight that how much it affects ur power.

Now if you ever put nitrous or Heads or Cam you'll want to squeeze that .055 down to about .045 so the spark doesn't get blown out.

Simple man....truly simple.

TR-55's on stock heads, ~.055 gap.

TR-6's for milled heads or power adder, ~.035-.045 gap.
