can someone help me diagnose a missfire i have a 5.3 and my cylinder 2nd from the back on the drivers side isnt "firing"..im stumped here and dont know what else to do, ive swapped the spark plug, spark plug wire, ignition coil and also the fuel injector from that cylinder to cylinder #1 very front on drivers side, and the problem still stays at the 2nd cylinder from rear? hope some one can help me out here..
i know the problem is there because im using a very accurate temperature gun that reads 450-500 degrees on all cylinders and on the problem cylinder its about 250

Do a compression test on that Hole and see what you get, You could also do a leak down test as well.
What does the spark plug look like in the cold hole ? Also do you swap just one coil or the entire coil pack from sisd to side.
