Battery Help!

Hello All,
It has been some time since I have been on here. I have a turbo ta that I relocated the battery to the rear to make room for intercooler piping. Well I am having nothing but grounding issues from guages not working to radiator fans not coming on. I was wondering if there is a battery that is small enough to fit in the little space I have. Please any help would be great as I have killed two red tops so far.

They do make compact batteries. I don't know brands off the top of my head but my friend has one in his Typhoon that is about the size of a Harley battery, had it for years with no problems staring.
