What color is the smoke? If its black it might be a little rich,tends to happen after header installs.

There are a few ways to get rid of the smoke and gain some power.
The best thing to do would be to get a custom tune from someone who has experience with LS1edit and a wideband.
You could get a MAFT and use that to lean it out a bit.
