value of a ls6 intake?
value of a ls6 intake? what is the true value pricewise of a complete ls6 manifold from a z06 corvette? Injectors and rails? Also have the throttle body(cable).
I am thinking of gojng carb on a 5.3. To be put in a 58 apache fleetside.I have seen the bare manifold. go for 300-350 but a complete manifold I have not.
any guidance is appreciated

probably around 400 bucks. But someone might cough up the 450 for them. I think the fbody ls6 intakes put out a little more power so theyre sought out more. But not enough to make a difference imo.
yeah, i could be wrong, but im sure i read a thread where someone ran multiple dynos on a fbody ls6 intake and a c5 ls6 intake. He constantly had slightly more power with the fbody intake. Maybe someone else remembers that thread or can correct me if im wrong.
I remember the thread but it was a while back,i think the prices stated is the true value,i mean you could always put it on cls for 500,and take the offer,imo selling everything seperate might give ya a few extra bucks,also if your tb is ported ya can ask a few bucks more,its not a crazy value,but 450,is 450 bucks lol,
