Borla Exhaust Pop, Normal?
Don't worry about it and keep you foot in the gas.
Backpressure is a myth. Resonant scavenging is what its called. the sound waves reflect back and forth, which then produces a pop. resonant scavenging is what you need. The more "restrictive" your exhaust, the lower your torque peak will be in the RPM's when you have open headers you scavenge higher in the RPM's like stock exhaust your torque is gunna peak at like 3450... with open headers itll peak prolly 4500. "restrictive" exhaust you make less horsepower, and torque is lower in the RPM, so it "feels" faster, but if you put a cutout on, you dont feel as much downlow, but you scream up top, go run a 1/4 with a cutou closed w/ stock exhaust, and then go run a 1/4 with a cutout open. You'll see the difference in te time and trap speed.
Enjoy...mine has done it for 2 years
